The first thing you must know is that applying for graduate school is not very simple. You need to spend bit of time and energy to get the best result. So be prepared but don't get scared! With the information you find here, you can easily manage everything in the right manner.

The first step is to decide the major you want to study in your graduate studies. It is not only enough to say physics, for example, but also you need to know what field specifically in physics you want to study in.


 After you have decided your major, you must search for universities where you want to apply.
You must go to the university websites and collect required information such as:

 1. Application deadlines
 2. Minimum requirements on GPA
 3. Required tests  such as  GMAT, TOEFL,etc and
   minimum requirements on test scores.
 4. Application fee.
 5. Download application and complimentary forms.
 6. The address where you must mail the application and forms.
 
 
NOTE 1: If you are applying for more than one or two universities, you may need to write down and organize the information for each university. 

NOTE 2: If you don't meet the minimum requirements of the university, you shouldn't get disappointed! There are many ways that you can increase your chance to entering grad school.

NOTE 3: Arrange  to book the required tests as soon as possible, at least few months before application deadlines. It may take you few weeks or a month to get the results after the test. Also, the test centers are usually fully booked for next few weeks.
